Terms and Conditions

Unforgettable Parties 

By booking with Unforgettable Parties, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all clients.

1. Definitions

1. “Unforgettable Parties” / “We” / “Us” refers to Unforgettable Parties.

2. “Client” / “You” refers to the person making the booking and responsible for payment.

3. “Equipment” includes teepee tents, mattresses, bedding, décor, lighting, and all rental items.

4. “Event Date” refers to the scheduled setup date of the sleepover party.

5. “Rental Period” begins after setup is completed and ends at pickup the following day.

2. Booking & Deposit

1. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and chosen theme.

2. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

3. The remaining balance must be paid in full one week before your party date, as outlined in your invoice or booking confirmation.

4. Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Cancellations made more than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the Event Date:

2. The $50 deposit is non-refundable, but

3. The deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future booking scheduled within 90 days of the original Event Date.

4. Cancellations made within 14 days of the Event Date:

5. The deposit is forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred, except at the discretion of Unforgettable Parties.

6. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must fall within the 90-day credit window if using deposit credit.

7. Custom themes, specialty décor, or add-ons may be non-refundable once prepared or purchased.

4. Setup, Delivery & Pickup

1. Unforgettable Parties will deliver, set up, and style all equipment at the agreed-upon time and location.

2. The Client must:

3. Ensure the setup area is clean, clear, and ready upon arrival

4. Be present or ensure access is available during setup and pickup

5. We do not move furniture; the setup space must be prepared in advance.

6. Pickup will occur the day following the event, at a pre-arranged time.

7. Late pickups or inaccessible locations may result in additional fees.

5. Space & Home Requirements

The Client is responsible for ensuring the following:

1. Adequate indoor space for the number of teepees booked

2. Pets are kept away from the rental area and all bedding

3. No smoking, vaping, or strong odours are present near the equipment

4. A safe, dry, indoor environment (outdoor setups are not permitted)

6. Use of Equipment

1. All rental items must remain indoors and in the original setup location.

2. Equipment must not be moved, altered, or dismantled by the Client.

3. Only light snacks, no food or drink that would stain. No slime, paint, markers, nail polish, makeup, or craft supplies are permitted inside the teepees unless approved in advance.

4. No candles, open flames, heaters, or hazardous materials are allowed near the equipment.

7. Cleaning, Damage & Replacement

1. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between events.

2. The Client is financially responsible for:

   • Damage, stains, excessive dirt, or missing items

   • Equipment damaged by misuse, pets, food, liquids, or negligence

3. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed and charged accordingly.

4. A damage fee may be applied after inspection if necessary.

8. Safety & Supervision

1. The Client assumes full responsibility for supervising all children and guests at all times.

2. Unforgettable Parties is not responsible for:

   • Injuries, accidents, or loss occurring during the rental period

   • Damage to the Client’s property or belongings unless caused by proven negligence

3. By booking, the Client agrees to release and indemnify Unforgettable Parties from any claims arising from the use of rental equipment.

9. Themes & Substitutions

While we strive to match themes exactly, Unforgettable Parties reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions due to availability or supply issues. Any substitutions will maintain the overall style, colour palette, and quality of the selected theme.

10. Force Majeure

Unforgettable Parties shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

​

12. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking request and paying the deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Safety

• Adult supervision is required at all times.

• Unforgettable Parties is not responsible for injuries or accidents during the rental period.
